Travel tips in travel books and on travel websites often advise travelers to “pack light.” In my experience, these sources of travel information don’t go far enough. It’s also important to compare the price of your vacation when booked as a bundle vs. as separate components. For frequent travelers, there is a feature where they will notify you of upcoming parking deals at your local airport. It never, not once, found the best price, and only three times out of 25 did it find a next-to-best price (twice, it was for the NYC-LAX flights).
